Weird.  They either pulled xanga off the block list, or something screwy is going on with the company blocking software.  Oh well.  Life is good.  Work is busy.  We had practice last night and is went really well.  We are starting to get our songs passed the roughed in stage.  Darren put down a deposit on recording.  December is going to come really fast.  I hope we can all keep our schedules on target for gettting in the pratices we need.

Question of the day:  Did you miss me?  I did.

I'm posting from the cities right now.  In a presentation.  The presenter was okay.  I'd heard most of it before.  The things I hadn't heard, I thought were wrong.  Gotta get back to it.

So they blocked this site at work. I had to find a work around to post. I\'m glad that I\'m at least a little bit tech savy and can find solutions to problems like this. The block includes myspace, youtube (a google property...i may have to request access to this for search marketing purposes), and I\'m sure a bunch of other web properties that are fun and entertaining (as well as time consuming). I had to go through a proxy server to put up this post. It\'s slower, but works none the less.

Question of the day: What did you have for breakfast this morning? I had oatmeal.

Here's a great little video of  a visualization of music using a Ruben tube.

I made it to the gym this morning.  I got in a few more sets of squats, but my inner hamstrings keep cramping up on me.  Hopefully today will be the last time.  I think I just need to stretch and warm up a little better.

This weekend is Kendall and Luke's wedding (some of Sherry and I's friends).  I don't know what I'm going to where yet.  I have to get a champaign tie.  And probably a shirt.  And maybe while I'm at it, I just might buy a whole new oufit.

We haven't worked on our music at all this week.  We'll do some on Saturday morning, but that's not going to be enough if we plan on recording.  Darren came up with some wacky idea of having a street team/fundraiser for the Hosanna Youth.  He basically wants to let the kids sell our CD's and let them keep the money the make for national youth gathering.  I'm fine with it.  It'd be interesting to see if it works.

Question of the day:   What's your favorite fun site on the web?  I have quite a few...but some of the tops are buzzpatrol.com, uncrate.com, youtube.com, and peekaboom.org(must check this site out, it's an awesome kill time and have some fun)

I found this video using stumble upon.  It's a cool plugin for your browser that finds webpages  that are aligned with your interests.

Life's been good these days.  I'm definitely getting something done today.  Got quite a few things I need to be looking at.  But...such is life.

Question of the Day:  What interesting sounds effects can you make?  I can make 'water dripping' by flicking my cheek.
